Dhania Chutney


100 gm dhania leaves
2 clove of garlic
1 green chili
1/2 pod of ripe tamarind


1. Make a thick paste of tamarind without seed
2. Crush the dhania leaves with the garlic cloves, green chili and a pinch of salt to make paste
3. Add the tamarind paste
4. Refrigerate and use it as sauce with pakora or samosas.
