Ready-made Fuchka / Panipoori / Golgappa
Potato - 2, boiled
Curd - 100 gms
Onion - 1, chopped finely
Coriander Leaves - a bunch, chopped finely
Tamarind water - 1 cup
Sweet Chutney - 2 tbsp
Red Chilli Powder - a pinch
Dry Roasted Masalas - 1 tsp
Green chilli , 4, chopped finely
1. Mash the boiled potatoes and mix rock salt, tamarind water, green chillies and dry roasted masalas into it. Keep aside. Season the curd with salt and sugar and keep aside.
2. Carefully make a hole with your thumb at the centre of the poori and fill some potato mix into it.
3. Arrange the panipooris on a plate. sprinkle chopped onions, chopped coriander, rock salt, chutneys, masalas and red chilli powder.
4. Spoon over the curd mixture and serve immediately.
